Amazing Family Fun!
We had an absolute blast! The kids loved the children's paradise and we all enjoyed the variety of food. The beach was beautiful, and we had a cool meal at the snack bar! One thing tho, the indoor pool is icy!

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like the beach access, kids club, and 24-hour reception. I still remember the staff's perfect help with taxi tips during my first visit. Highly recommend!

Taxi service needs re-evaluation!!! Prepare for potential communication hiccups if you don't speak the local language.

Wonderful, varied meals. There are always tables at the restaurant even at rush hour. The staff is not intrusive. There's plenty of sun loungers for everyone. There's always room to crash. The spa massage is good. It's a fairy tale for kids.
Chinese restaurant is weak.

Great variety of dining options.
I had significant concerns with the transportation arrangement at this hotel. The reception staff seemed distracted and unhelpful while checking me in, particularly when I needed assistance with taxi bookings. To top it off, the taxi service that the hotel recommended was not only overpriced but also unprofessional, stopping at a tourism office to push unwanted services on us. It seemed like they were in cahoots with the taxi drivers, unacceptable for an hotel of this reputation.

small, cosy hotel. kids loved it, we loved it too.
As to the hotel Dolphin Imperial, it has old rooms and narrow double bed

The hotel is too close to the busy road. Also across the street from the hotel is a very loud evening disco. All rooms overlook the sea and are not very noisy during the day from the traffic, but in the evening from the disco.

The hotel was so good with its
Wonderful amenities and exemplary service. The staff were friendly, particularly Halik, who went out of his way to make dining enjoyable each day. The only downside was the limited availability of certain drinks at the bar.

Liked the location of hotel as next to lots of small shopping malls. The beds in this hotel were the most uncomfortable I have ever stayed in. For three and a half nights slept on the chaise lounge in the room as this was more comfortable than the bed. We would not use this hotel agaiin for this reason and also the food temperatures in the buffet both hot and cold not enough for proper food safety. Staff very helpful at all times in bars resturants and al la carte resturant.
Main nproblen was that the beds were really uncomfortable and also lots of noise from main road and the outside smoking area on land view rooms side.

Nice comfortable room. Wonderful sea view. Easy. They were very courteous at the reception.
Unfortunately no good live music for dancing on Saturday evening. Birthday table a bit poorly decorated.
